Urban Fantasy

Urban fantasy is a genre where the magic meets the “modern” world. Set in real-world (or real-world-inspired) cities, these stories blend everyday life with the supernatural.
It’s fantasy, but grounded in the now—with cell phones, modern tech, and mystical creatures walking right under society’s nose! Whether it’s mystery, action, romance, or adventure, urban fantasy offers it all… with a magical twist.

Verdict: Hit or Miss
Cons:
Some thought it had too much detail that was also repetitive
Many DNFs, or didn’t enjoy it due to how slow they found it.
Pros:
The magical elements and the different types of creatures
The details! Although some did not like so much detail, others loved it!
Definitely a hit or miss, but for those that continued in the series, they highly recommend continuing!
